TSAHC Marks 25th Anniversary with
2019 Annual Report
This year marks TSAHC's 25th Anniversary. To celebrate this important milestone, we present to you our 2019 Annual Report .

In this report, we include a timeline of key accomplishments from the past 25 years. We also show TSAHC's 2019 program activity in a brand new way -- on both a statewide level and by region to highlight the impact of our programs across the state.

We are honored to have served Texas for 25 years and are grateful for the partnerships that helped make it possible.
We're Hiring!
TSAHC is hiring a Single Family Compliance Specialist . The position is based in Austin, Texas and involves the review of single family residential mortgage loan documentation to ensure compliance with Federal Tax Code, internal guidelines and eligibility criteria. Responsibilities also include managing TSAHC’s mortgage loan pipeline and working closely with participating lending organizations throughout the State.

The need for affordable housing has often warranted creative solutions, with several organizations harnessing the cost-effectiveness of tiny homes by using them to house those in need. Fortunately, technological innovations have allowed another housing solution to rise: 3D-printed homes. 
TSAHC Spotlight Series: The Willows Apartments
Developed by the Mary Lee Foundation, The Willows Apartments is a 64-unit multifamily development located in Austin, Texas. The Mary Lee Foundation, which was founded in 1963 by Charlene Crump, provides housing and supportive services to persons with disabilities.
