Dear Friend,
As the school year comes to a close, we want to thank you for helping make this year such a meaningful one for the students we serve across Bexar County.
During Teacher Appreciation Month, we are especially grateful for the teachers, counselors, and campus staff who partner with us to support children both in and out of the classroom. Their care and dedication make a lasting difference every day.
This month also marks the end of another impactful school year for our Snack Pak and Snack Shak programs. Thanks to your generosity, over 4,000 students across 54 campuses received consistent weekend food support this year. Together, we helped reduce weekend food insecurity and faithfully reminded children and families that their community cares deeply about them.
We also want to celebrate the success of the inaugural Duck Derby presented by FirstDay Foundation. We were honored to be selected as a beneficiary and are incredibly thankful to everyone who supported the event through sponsorships, volunteering and duck adoptions. It was a wonderful day of community and impact.
Thank you for continuing to love and care for children and families in our community. Their journey to a better future does not happen without you.
