As we close out another remarkable year at The Dennis Group Inc., we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the organizations, leaders, and communities who entrusted us with their most important work. This year has been one of change, certainly politically which has had significant impact across the charitable sector and in our communities, and we are grateful to have walked alongside so many mission-driven organizations navigating moments of growth, challenge, and opportunity.

Throughout 2025, our team had the privilege of supporting clients across Ontario in a wide range of initiatives that strengthen organizations and expand impact. From capital campaigns to operational fund development strategies, we helped leadership teams build confidence, deepen donor engagement, and move bold visions forward:

• We supported campaign management efforts, helping teams build structure, strengthen volunteer engagement, and maintain consistent momentum throughout the campaign cycle.
• We collaborated closely on fund development and strategic planning processes that sharpened organizational focus and empowered boards and staff to set clear, future-focused priorities.
• We guided clients through communications and marketing initiatives, from message development to content strategy, that helped them raise awareness, share their impact, and grow their reach in new and meaningful ways.
• And for organizations experiencing transition or requiring additional leadership capacity, our interim counsel provided the stability, expertise, and hands-on support needed to keep their work moving forward.

Across each of these areas, one theme was constant: the extraordinary commitment of the people behind the work. We continue to be inspired by the leaders, volunteers, donors, and community partners who dedicate themselves to strengthening systems, expanding access, and building more vibrant and equitable communities. Your passion fuels our purpose.

As we look ahead to 2026, we are excited for a year marked by continued collaboration, meaningful progress, and a renewed focus on helping organizations thrive. TDG is entering a period of evolution as well and we look forward to sharing more in the new year.
