Back from Vegas & New York - What's Next!
As we enter a new NBA season, we reflect on another unforgettable summer with NBA Summer League in Las Vegas–filled with gratitude for everyone who brought the energy, dedication, and hustle to make this year a success. From the team at HallPass Media to all those involved with NBA Summer League, Sports Business Classroom, Summer League Film Festival, other ancillary events, and our growing network of partners—thank you!
Following Vegas, we shifted gears to New York, where we were honored to support Jalen Brunson’s 3rd Annual Charity Golf Classic and Dinner Reception at Westchester Country Club. Benefiting the Second Round Foundation (SRF), the annual event was filled with community, purpose, and impact; we’re proud to have played a part in helping Jalen and SRF make it a success.
The momentum continues, and we’re excited for what’s ahead. Stay tuned for more!

| | $280 Million in Economic Impact: The Bigger Picture Behind NBA Summer League | |
This year, NBA Summer League generated a projected $280 million in economic impact for the city of Las Vegas, announced by NBA Commissioner Adam Silver.
What started as a handshake and a box of flyers has grown into a full-scale business ecosystem, one that now includes 76 nationally televised games, 550 credentialed media (a new record), 130,000 hotel room nights, and thousands of fans, players, coaches, and staff descending on Las Vegas each July. But what makes it special is the work behind the scenes and the people who come together to make it happen.
As NBA Commissioner Adam Silver said during his press conference:
“Warren LeGarie and Albert Hall do a fantastic job here at the Summer League. They have instructional programs for burgeoning sports executives… a robust internship program… It’s a training ground not just for players, but for coaches, staff, and people looking to get into the industry.”
