2024 was a fantastic year for TEAM ORANGE as we grew and created incredible opportunity for our existing team members as well as opportunity for industry professionals to join our team. A key goal of our growth is to create opportunity for career advancement for our existing team members as well as those with passion for our great profession. Let us celebrate those promotions and additions to our team this past year!

Octavio Gonzales, HOA Business Developer, Oregon



Octavio has been an HOA Account Manager for 6 years working out of the Sherwood Branch and moved into Business Development replacing Rene McFarland who retired in March. 


Megan Johnson, Account Manager, Sherwood Branch


Megan who joined us out of Oregon State 4 years ago, was promoted to HOA Account Manager taking over Octavio’s portfolio last winter. She had previously worked in design and estimating and managed our PGE Portfolio previously as well. 

Craig Harkey, Account Manager, Mukilteo Branch 


Craig joined PLM in February as Account Manager in our Mukilteo Branch. Craig comes to us with a rich background in horticulture, having previously worked as a Landscape Designer at Lifestyle Landscapes. He holds a degree in Horticulture from Montana State University.

 

Milly Hunt, Account Manager, Tacoma Branch

 

Milly joined our PLM internship program in March before being promoted to Account Manager Trainee in June. Originally Milly's educational journey includes studies at Southern Maine Community College, Naugatuck Valley Community College, and the University of Southern Maine.

 

Anna Johnson, Estimating & Marketing Lead


Anna joined our PLM internship program in May before being promoted to Estimating & Marketing Lead in October. Anna brings expertise in horticulture and landscape management from her academic background from Clackamas Community College and previous industry experience.

 

Andie Wright, Account Manager, Tigard Satellite 


Andie joined PLM in April as our Sr. Estimator and was moved to Account Manager in November. She has over 22 years of industry design experience with a rich background in graphic design. She holds degrees from Portland State Design and Portland Community College in Landscape Design.

Dawn Hong, Washington Business Developer


Dawn joined our Sales team supporting the Washington Market in May. She holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of Maryland. She has a rich professional background, starting her career in business development and sales.

Rachel Monteiro, Designer/Estimator


Rachel joined PLM as our Designer/Estimator in June. She brings a rich background in landscape design, specializing in native plants and xeriscaping, honed over twelve years as the owner and operator of Rachel’s Landscape Design.

Seann Dailey, Washington Business Developer


Seann is our newest Washington Business Developer, joining our team in August. Seann comes to us from Fort Worth, TX, where he has honed his skills in the telecommunications industry for over a decade, most recently serving as a Client Solutions Executive at AT&T.

Dave Davis, Account Manager, Issaquah Branch


Dave comes to us with a Master's Degree in Horticulture & Agronomy and a rich background in landscape installation, design, and nursery management. His previous role as a Maintenance Coordinator in the Horticulture Department at Bainbridge Island Parks & Rec has equipped him with the skills necessary to excel in his new position here.

Tara Verotsky, Project and Operations Systems Manager


Tara Verotsky has joined us as our new Project and Operations System Manager in November. She graduated with a degree in Landscape Horticulture from North Carolina State University and previously worked as a Landscape Designer. She will manage and train our team on our design, estimating, and landscape enterprise software.

Bradon Visick, Washington Market Intern


Bradon just joined our team as a Washington Intern in December. He comes to us from Renton, WA, and has recently completed his degree in Business Administration from Western Washington University. Previously, Bradon worked in Facilities Maintenance at East Renton Community Church, where he developed a strong foundation in organizational and maintenance skills.

Francisco Acosta, Tacoma Field Manager


We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Francisco Acosta Cruz Field Manager at our Tacoma Branch in September. Francisco, who has been a dedicated member of our team for over 18 years, previously excelled as a Maintenance Foreman.

Mauricio Flores Sanchez, Salem Branch Manager



Mauricio received a promotion to Branch Manager at our Salem branch in June. Over the past four years, Mauricio has been an integral part of our team in establishing our expansion to Salem as several of our customers drew us there. In his new role, Mauricio will continue to uphold the PLM standards and brand, with the goal of staffing account managers and field supervisors to support the branch's future growth.

Carinda Washburn, Account Manager, Hillsboro Branch


Carinda came to us an Intern while at Clackamas Community College. After graduation last spring, she returned as an Account Manager Trainee and was promoted to Account Manager at our Hillsboro branch in September. Carinda aims to build trust with new accounts, especially HOA boards.

Adam Flint, Oregon Market Vice President


Adam received his promotion to VP of the Oregon Region in our Landscape Management department October. Adam has been a key part of our team for 9 years, previously excelling as a Branch Manager. During his tenure, Adam led his team through numerous challenges, including seven historic snowstorms and a pandemic, and opened a second facility in Vancouver.

Justin Lenhardt, Parkrose Branch Manager


Justin received his promotion to Branch Manager for our Parkrose Branch in October replacing Adam. Justin has been a dedicated member of our Parkrose team for over 7 years, during which he notably doubled our Metro portfolio as an Account Manager, working alongside FM, Fernando Rosas, and their teams. In his new role, Justin will focus on supporting our Eastside teams and maintaining exceptional service levels.

Doug Crimin, Account Manager, Parkrose Branch

 

Doug originally came to us upon graduation from Portland Community College where he was transitioning from a previous career. He has been an Account Manager in the Hillsboro Branch. His transferred from Hillsboro to Parkrose, taking the Downtown Portfolio from Justin, was motivated by his passion for green roof management .

Molly Rios-Nogales, Account Manager, Hillsboro Branch


Molly originally came to us as an intern while at studying at Portland Community College transitioning from a career in the high tech field. She started full time upon graduation in our design and estimating department and was promoted to HOA Account Manager 3 year ago. She transferred from HOA to take over Doug’s commercial portfolio.

Matt Silcox, Microsoft Account Manager, Microsoft Campus


Matt originally came to us upon graduation from Portland Community College to be our site manager at Amberglen Business Center. He was promoted to Account Manager in our Hillsboro Branch for Beaverton 3 years ago and transferred to Mukilteo to manage the Microsoft campus in October.

Jose Zavala , Microsoft Field Manager, Microsoft Campus


Jose has been Field Manager for HOA South in the Sherwood Branch two years after several years of landscape industry experience. He transferred from Sherwood to Mukilteo to work with Matt as Field Manager at the Microsoft Campus. 

Freddy Alfaro, Field Manager, Sherwood Branch


Freddy received his promotion to Sherwood HOA South Field Manager in October. Freddy has been with us for 9 years, previously excelling as a Crew Leader in Beaverton, where he earned multiple accolades for his high-quality work and exceptional training skills. He was promoted to Field Manager replacing Jose in HOA South.
