Out of 100 students awarded scholarships, 11 bright young scholars received full-ride scholarships to Tougaloo College—a testament to our legacy of excellence and continued commitment to Black student success.

With over $400,000 raised in partnership with the United Negro College Fund (UNCF), this effort reflects the power of community, access, and education.

Dr. Blondean Y. Davis, CEO of Southland College Prep and Chair of the Tougaloo College Board of Trustees, was in attendance, standing alongside the students and families as a champion of educational access and achievement.

Tougaloo President Dr. Donzell Lee personally presented the scholarships during the event in Tinley Park, Illinois, where families, educators, and partners gathered to celebrate this transformative moment.
