As jobs begin or come to a close, we have a lot of moving parts and should take the time to talk about what has changed on site, and what will change over the course of a week.
Keep an eye out for one another, and spot problems before they happen. Make sure everyone on site knows the work being done each day - and let them know again if the work must change course.
Take some time to identify hazards that may not have been talked about, and focus your efforts on how to fix them. Don't be afraid to ask questions or say something about a situation that doesn't feel right.
