Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur Celebrate Catholic Sisters Week!

March 8-14th marked Catholic Sisters Week, an annual celebration of the lives and legacies of Catholic Sisters. This event lines up with Women's History Month and celebrates the impact of women religious. All week long we shared reflections from our Sisters, as well as fascinating glimpses into the past! Ipswich Hosts First Annual Hallmark Retreat

On March 17th and 18th, we held our first east coast Hallmark Retreat at our Province Center in Ipswich, Mass. Hallmark Retreats, a tradition on the west coast, gather educators and staff members from across our community and engage them in deep reflection and conversation on the seven Hallmarks of the Notre Dame de Namur Learning Community. Educators from several different schools and sponsored ministries attended this inaugural retreat!

Notre Dame San Jose Celebrates Women of Influence

Notre Dame High School in San Jose held its annual Women of Impact luncheon and at this event, part of the 28th annual Women's Place Project, NDSJ students celebrated both the women of impact in their lives, such as their mothers, aunts, and friends, and those intrepid women who have made an impact on history! NDSJ reflects the hallmarks of the Notre Dame learning community through its commitment to teaching young women to think critically and preparing them to be leaders in the future.

Sister Yvonne Bondi, SNDdeN, Reflects on Hope
