International Francophonie Day, celebrated annually on March 20, honors the French language and cultural diversity among over 320 million speakers globally. Commemorating the 1970 creation of the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), it promotes solidarity, education, and democracy. Today, OIF has 53 member states and over 88 observer states.
As we joyfully embrace the vibrant spirit of both Women’s History Month and Francophonie Month (Le Mois de la Francophonie), we take this moment to honor three remarkable French women whose unwavering support and invaluable contributions have profoundly enriched our business.
