Eden House is a movement to end the trafficking and selling of human beings. We create systemic change through: youth prevention; education and legislative advocacy, and recovery and reentry services for victims, including long-term shelter.
Celebrating Mandy's Graduation
"She is the light of my life and is always looking out for me
and everyone else in the house." Eden House Resident
On Sunday July 21st, we had the honor and pleasure of celebrating the graduation of Mandy, a beloved resident who brought warmth, strength, and kindness to all her interactions. The graduation was a wonderful affair full of love and fitting for a resident who has shown such love to all those around her. We are extremely proud to welcome Mandy into our Eden House Graduate community and wish her every success.

We are extremely grateful to Mandy's family, Christ Church Cathedral, the Daughters of the King, St. Charles Avenue Presbyterian Women, and Mitch's Flowers for their contributions to this wonderful event.
Thank you to our wonderful staff!
This summer we say goodbye to our Program Coordinator Dana Tumbaga and Program Assistant Christina Hogan! Dana will be moving to Boston to complete a MBA with a focus on social enterprise and Christina is moving to New York to complete a second year of the Young Adult Volunteers program.

We are incredibly grateful for their energy and professionalism, and wish them every success in their future endeavors.
Summer Intern Spotlight
My name is Mara Livermore, from Birmingham, England. In September, I start an MA in International Slavery Studies at the University of Liverpool. My focus will be holistic approaches to healing spaces, specifically studying approaches based in culturally competent care. I applied to Eden House because of its pioneering approach to direct care, and it is a huge privilege to be able to support such an incredible organisation, and gain an international perspective on slavery, at this early stage in my career.
Applications for Fall internships are still open! To learn more about what our interns do, and to find our application, please visit our website !
