Dear Fellows,
In October, the Foundation Board and Circuit Fundraisers kicked off the 2025 Foundation campaign with an ambitious goal of raising $485,000 for our 2026 Pro Bono and Professional Pipeline Grants programs. Thanks to your incredible support, we not only exceeded that goal, but far surpassed our stretch target of $500,000. We are thrilled to share that the campaign concluded with an all-time fundraising record of $602,724, including some extraordinary one-time gifts.
We want to thank the 575 Fellows who generously donated, as well as the Foundation Directors and fundraisers who worked tirelessly—right up until midnight on December 31—to make this achievement possible. While we are deeply grateful for all donations, we would like to take a moment to recognize and thank The Alix Foundation for its extraordinary generosity and support of the American College of Bankruptcy Foundation in honor of Michael L. Cook and dedication to the advancement and development of bankruptcy professionals. The gift reflects a deep commitment to our mission and meaningful impact on the success of our fundraising efforts. We are grateful not only for the contribution, but also for the example. Please join us in thanking Jay for helping strengthen the work of the College and Foundation.
We are also grateful to the many Fellows who have recognized the accomplishments of their colleagues, friends and families through donations in memory or honor of them. Please click here to view the "Foundation Honor Roll."
Since 2003, the Fellows of the College have raised over $5.7 million for the Foundation, and the Foundation has awarded over $6.4 million for more than 748 grants. Your 2025 donations will support worthy pro bono programs throughout the country as well as pipeline programs designed to insure that our industry profession remains committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
So let us say on behalf of the Foundation, thank you!
