Welcome to our November Newsletter. This month we are featuring Sheridan Ridge Townhomes, our 65 unit community in Arvada. Sheridan Ridge is Archway’s only unrestricted rental community and is well-located on Sheridan Blvd, within easy reach of shopping, schools and job centers. Last year Sheridan was the fortunate recipient of a Colorado Health Foundation grant to provide a new playground and equipment for resident children.

Our featured Thought Leader later this month is Desiree Parrott-Alcorn, one of our managers at Montview Manor, the 88-unit seniors community in Denver we have been managing for some time and which we are scheduled to purchase in December. Desiree has been working at Montview for 2 years, and is familiar with the general needs of this seniors community as well as the individuals who call Montview Manor home.

At Archway, gratitude is a cultural pillar and we try to practice gratitude every day. That said, November is known as a month for giving thanks, and so in that spirit, I’ll say we are extremely grateful to Coats for Colorado for their large donation of coats to our residents in need. We are also grateful for all of those individuals and organizations who support the work we do every day, through financial contributions or investments in our work, as well as the gift of their time and talent to our residents.

Finally, Colorado Gives Day is on Tuesday, December 6th this year and we look forward to participating again. Our goal is to raise $25,000, which would be more than double our biggest day so far.
