Marc Devisse launched Tri-Town Construction in 2006 at age 22 after receiving his bachelor's degree at Florida Gulf Coast University. His entrepreneurial spirit came naturally: his parents were small business owners, and Marc started his first business, a pet sitting enterprise, at age 13.
His hands-on leadership of a dedicated team of professionals has made Tri-Town's growth possible.

When Marc launched Tri-Town, he saw also saw it as an opportunity to be of service. He inspires his team to serve a larger social purpose by contributing to the community through business and civic involvement and charitable giving. His c
ompany's executives are high-profile influencers throughout Southwest Florida, best represented by Executive Vice President Brandie Dickerson, who manages operations and is involved in numerous community organizations and nonprofits.
Marc is a "40 Under 40" award winner from both Gulfshore Business and Southwest Florida Business Observer, a Ft. Myers News-Press Young Professional of the Year Nominee, a Tabor Generosity Award Nominee, and president and founder of the Bonita Kiwanis Young Professionals. He created, along with his siblings, The Devisse Family Fund and, most recently, Tri-Town Trust, both through the Southwest Florida Community Foundation.
Marc is a proud father and an avid outdoorsman with a passion for environmental conservation.
