'Tis the Season of  Gratitude & An Anniversary Celebration
Tri-Town Construction is kicking off the holiday season with another celebration -- our 12th anniversary!

This season is the perfect time to express gratitude to our thousands of customers who have entrusted their homes and businesses to us, and to the superb Tri-Town team who makes it all possible.

During Thanksgiving, we take a moment to give thanks for recent milestones:
  • We are proud to announce the launch of Tri-Town Trust, a fund we established through the Southwest Florida Community Foundation to benefit children's needs and the environment.
  • We've doubled the size of our headquarters and look forward to a January ribbon-cutting of a new Tri-Town showplace.
  • Our fleet of vehicles has also doubled in number and includes hybrid electric vehicles.
  • Our team of skilled craftsmen has grown 10 times over the past 12 years from three to more than 40.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours,
The Tri-Town Construction Team

Founder & President

Marc Devisse launched Tri-Town Construction in 2006 at age 22 after receiving his bachelor's degree at Florida Gulf Coast University. His entrepreneurial spirit came naturally: his parents were small business owners, and Marc started his first business, a pet sitting enterprise, at age 13.

His hands-on leadership of a dedicated team of professionals has made Tri-Town's growth possible.  "We approach our  project s fully engaged with passion and enthusiasm, always with an eye on budgets and timelines. From conception to final construction, collaborations with architects, interior designers, realtors and property managers ensure that we deliver dreams built on a foundation of quality."

When Marc launched Tri-Town, he saw also saw it as an opportunity to be of service. He inspires his team to serve a larger social purpose by contributing to the community through business and civic involvement and charitable giving. His c ompany's executives are high-profile influencers throughout Southwest Florida, best represented by Executive Vice President Brandie Dickerson, who manages operations and is involved in numerous community organizations and nonprofits.

Marc is a "40 Under 40" award winner from both Gulfshore Business and Southwest Florida Business Observer, a Ft. Myers News-Press Young Professional of the Year Nominee, a Tabor Generosity Award Nominee, and president and founder of the Bonita Kiwanis Young Professionals. He created, along with his siblings, The Devisse Family Fund and, most recently, Tri-Town Trust, both through the Southwest Florida Community Foundation.    Marc is a proud father and an avid outdoorsman with a passion for environmental conservation.

Business for Good
We left our hearts in Bonita Springs at the historic McSwain House! We installed a new metal roof, donating our labor, and a beautiful new wood deck, as part of the home's restoration. The 1915 home is owned by the Bonita Springs Historical Society and will open in December as a unique event space. The Society's president, Bonnie Whittemore, has become a close friend. Check out the hand-carved posts on the railing carved by our master carpenter.

When you work with Tri-Town, you are expanding our ability to be a "business for good."
