Anne Marie Wallace of Hideaway, Texas, previously Plano, Texas, passed away on Friday, September 6, 2024, in Tyler, Texas. Anne was a member of First United Methodist Church Plano since 2005 where she sang in the Chancel Choir.

Anne had been married for almost 30 years and was a proud mother of a cherished 26-year-old daughter. In 2022, Anne and Ron moved from Plano, Texas, to the peaceful rural community of Hideaway, Texas. Soon after the move, Anne was diagnosed with gastroparesis, an illness common to those with diabetes. She passed away September 6, 2024, surrounded by her husband, daughter, brother-in-law, and neighbors.

A Celebration of Life for Anne will be held at FUMC Plano on Saturday, Nov. 16, at 1 p.m. Anne's favorite color was purple so in memory and honor of Anne, please wear purple. Another Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday December. 14, 2024, at 11 a .m. at Hide-A-Way Lake Community Church (1115 Lake Cross Rd, Hideaway, Texas 75771). In lieu of flowers, the family and friends of Anne Marie Wallace have established a support fund. Your loving contributions are so appreciated.
