Short Term Rentals
It would not be uncommon for someone to sell their home before their new home is ready to occupy. Here are some options that offer month to month leases, some fully furnished. Utilities, cable, etc included in the rents.

Our Lack Of Inventory Is A Mess

   Yeah, it sucks. Kinda' like being two minutes too late to your car only to find a parking ticket 
from the PPA  on the windshield.
    I'm finding buyers often cannot find their new home in light of the lack of available options. Many are sitting on the sidelines awaiting their new home to come on the market. Not uncommon-I have a dozen potential buyers ready to strike.

So...now what?!
    One option that is becoming much more popular is to buy an ugly condo. One that needs a heavy
cosmetic rehab.

I'm not talking about structural work. Just cosmetic...
Does this look like rocket science?! C'Mon...

A new kitchen, new baths, new flooring, new closet doors, etc. but NO structural work!
The value of the condo will almost always be higher than your investment. It's a fairly elementary algorithm....no rocket science equations involved.


You're not rehabbing a 4000 square foot stone colonial  sitting on the side of a hill in Malvern...you follow me?!
