This series will allow participants to meet and maintain Iowa Health and Human Services state licensing requirements, strengthen leadership skills, and run a safe, compliant early learning program. Additionally, they will gain practical knowledge in Iowa licensing rules, staff supervision and compliance, health requirements, emergency planning, program operations, record keeping, curriculum alignment as well as receiving resources to address barriers of implementation.
