Greetings!
I am delighted to announce that
Matthew Eppinette, MBA, PhD
, has been appointed
interim director
of The Center for Bioethics & Human Dignity.
Many of you will remember Matthew from his previous time at CBHD (2002–2007) when he served in a variety of capacities including John Kilner’s graduate assistant, director of research and analysis, and assistant director of CBHD.
Matthew returns to CBHD not only with twelve additional years of experience in the arena of bioethics but also with a PhD in Theology with concentrations in Christian Ethics and Theology & Culture from Fuller Seminary.
You can read his full bio
here
, but allow me to mention a few highlights:
Since his time at CBHD in 2007, Matthew has served as director of communications at Americans United for Life as well as new media manager and executive director of The Center for Bioethics and Culture (CBC). At CBC, he co-wrote and co-produced six documentary films addressing bioethics issues. Three of the films were Official Film Festival Selections, and one was awarded Best Documentary at the California Independent Film Festival.
We are so excited for the leadership he will bring to the Center this year during Paige’s leave of absence to serve as interim president of Taylor University.
I am confident that the combined gifts and efforts of the exceptionally talented staff of CBHD alongside Matthew will not simply maintain the Center but will see it thrive.
Please join me in welcoming and supporting Dr. Eppinette.
In his service,
