In the first episode of the new year, Plymouth Town Manager Derek Brindisi sits down with the new Town Counsel: Michael Bergeron and David Reservitz. Derek discusses how the idea of an in house Town Counsel came out of Town Meeting. Michael and David discuss their legal background and friendship that goes back decades. The three discuss the hybrid model of having in house legal counsel to the Town, their work with the department heads, engagement with the community, goals moving forward and even a discussion on the Claremont development agreement from the January 3 2023 Select Board meeting.
