Winter 2026 Newsletter

Dear Colleagues,

Happy New Year! During this time of year I find joy in the small increase of light at the end of each day as we move through the dark days of winter. Sending best wishes to all as we enter into the unknowns and adventures before us in 2026.

For me, the adventures ahead include exploring the renewed sense of purpose that I feel, after returning from two months of travel abroad, to continue and expand the work of the Center for Mindful Body Awareness. I am excited for what is ahead!

See our news updates and training announcement below!
