She has also worked with middle and high school students as an AVID facilitator, helping to foster critical thinking skills as those students addressed various academic problems.
Kat has been involved with Centerstage Starz for over 3 years and is looking forward to her work at the front desk.

Lynn Price - Front Desk Manager

Hi, I am Lynn Price, a business and social entrepreneur who always tries to balance making a living with making a difference.  For a living; I have vast experience in sales, business development and communications in entertainment, telecommunications, technology and non-profit ventures.  For a difference; I am founder and President Emeritus of Camp To Belong, an international non-profit that reunites brothers and sisters placed in separate foster, adoptive or other out of home care - most notably for quality time at summer camps.  I have four young adults, including my 'baby', Jamie, who grew up at Centerstage Starz and is now teaching.  That full circle is a beautiful thing!  I am happy to be 'back' seeing the next generation live their dance and theatre passions!

She has received extensive training in jazz, ballet, lyrical, and poms, as well as danced competitively with great success for 10+ years.  Kristin was a member of the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders for 5 years (2003-2007).  During this time she loved performing for over 75,000 fans, but she considers her most important contribution was her ability to be part of the Broncos performance team that traveled overseas to entertain our US troops. Since the age of eleven, Kristin has taught many students, ages 3 through 40, dance, cheerleading, gymnastics, and horse back riding.  She has also won numerous awards for her outstanding choreography and creativity.  Kristin received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Denver, majored in Communications, minored in Sociology and has a certificate in public relations.

Erica Kalhoefer - Tumbling Instructor
Erica will be teaching our tumbling classes. She has been coaching gymnastics/cheerleading for several years for all age groups, her favorite to coach are floor and cheer. She is also well versed in other sports, including dance at Centerstage. Her approach to coaching is to teach with progressions by teaching the basic version of any skill and adding onto it part by part until a student is mastering the advanced version. It creates less reliance on a spotter and more confidence within the student to be able do the skill correctly.
She is currently a pre-med student at UC Denver. She is fan of professional sports, especially all the Denver teams, and Erica enjoys reading and baking.

Jamie Price - Dance Instructor/Company Director

She was trained in a wide variety of dance styles and participated in theatre and voice classes. She attended Denver School of the Arts as a Dance Major. She then went to Highlands Ranch High School and was on the Varsity Poms team. Jamie decided to finish out high school by home schooling and moved to Los Angeles at age 17 to pursue a professional performing arts career. When she returned to Colorado, she received a Wedding and Event Planning Certificate from Arapahoe Community College, Corporate Learning Division and an Events Planning Coordinator Certificate from Front Range Community College.  Jamie performed with the Mammoth Wild Bunch Team for the 2008-2009 season. She also worked for Max Media (radio stations 101.5 and 107.1) as a promotions assistant. Today she is back "home" at Centerstage Starz Theatre and Dance Studio working with non company members and company members.  She is loving giving back and paying it forward. It truly has come full circle for her and the Centerstage Starz family.
