~WHAT'S HAPPENING!~

Welcome New Members!

We warmly welcome Wesley and Leslie Larkin to the Central Baptist family! They will be baptized in the coming weeks, and we could not be happier for them. They have 2 children, Paul and Elsie, and have already plugged in to several church activities. Please make them feel welcome when you see them!

Congratulations to these guys for conquering the Spartan Sprint, a 5K packed with 20 obstacles, in Conyers, GA! For the past few months, they’ve been faithfully meeting at Central every Monday at 5:30am, pushing each other to grow stronger physically and spiritually. If you’re a man looking to be challenged, encouraged, and surrounded by other men of faith, reach out to one of these guys and join them.

Friendship Camps 2026

Friendship Camps is the cooperative effort of churches in Friendship Baptist Association to provide quality, affordable summer camps for children and youth. Our team of volunteer camp directors work hard throughout the year planning great camps for children of all ages.

Our campers come from our participating churches, the community around us, and from other areas of the country. We strive to give every camper the opportunity to hear about Jesus while they are here. Our desire is to introduce each one to their Forever Best Friend.

Friendship Camps-Snack Donations

Friendship Summer Camps are preparing for the upcoming 2026 summer camp season! To help, we're collecting snack items like Little Debbie treats, chips, granola or cereal bars, crackers, trail mix, gummies, Goldfish crackers, Teddy Grahams, and more. We're also gathering drinks such as Sunny D, Capri Sun, Kool-Aid, Gatorade, apple juice, and water bottles—please avoid Hugs drinks.

If you can, please bring your donations to the church office by May 27th. Thank you so much for your generous support!
