WEDNESDAY, February 7 and is a great opportunity to meet our teachers, administration and coaches. Doors open at 5:30 and the tour begins at 6:00. You are our best spokespeople so please share your Central Catholic experience with families who are thinking about our school. Thank you!

Softball & Girls' Soccer Meetings TONIGHT
Girls' Soccer parents and players have a meeting TONIGHT in the Private Dining Room at 6:00 p.m.

High School Placement Test THURSDAY
Around 90 area 8th grade students will be taking the High School Placement Test in our cafeteria THURSDAY morning. If you plan to stop by during that time, please help them concentrate by being as quiet as possible.
Sophomore/Senior Survey FRIDAY
The University of Illinois is conducting a youth survey and asking Illinois high schools to have their 10th and 12th grade students participate. An email has been sent to 10th and 12th grade parents with all the info. We would like to conduct the survey in our Sophomore and Senior English classes on February 9. This is just another tool schools can use to assess what their needs are. The survey is not mandatory but if you prefer that your child not take the survey, e-mail Tece Nussbaum and let her know.

Parent-Teacher Conferences February 23
On Friday, February 23, students dismiss at 11:30 a.m. to provide a three-hour block of conferences for parents with concerns. This block of time is from noon to 3:00 p.m. and we ask that if your student is not working up to potential or you feel communication with an academic teacher is needed, please e-mail Tece Nussbaum. Requests will be taken through February 20.
