Communication Pitfalls Workshop:

Building Stronger GC–Subcontractor Partnerships

November 19th | North Little Rock

Greetings!

On a construction project, a missed RFI, a vague verbal change, or a schedule update that never reaches the field can cost money, time, safety, and trust. This workshop looks at the communication mistakes that cause trouble between general contractors and subcontractors most often, and at how to avoid them. Participants will work through construction scenarios: undocumented change orders, look-ahead schedules nobody coordinated, jobsite conflicts between trades, and handoffs that slip through the cracks. Everyone leaves with practical tools to communicate clearly, document decisions, handle conflict professionally, and build working relationships that keep projects on track.

ABC Arkansas is excited to continue our strategic partnership with Dale Carnegie with this two hour workshop on November 19th in North Little Rock. This is a great professional development opportunity, one that we are proud to offer our Members.

Reservations are required.
