We have begun our phased launch of the new Onboard module in NEOGOV! The first departments have received communications related to user setup and training sessions. This phased launch is set on a weekly training schedule, with new departments coming online each week. We anticipate training all departments by summer and will be able to utilize this new tool for onboarding regular hires. Future phases will include expansion of position types and various onboarding features.

HR Service Enhancements
Employment Verifications
At times throughout your employment, there may be instances when you are required to verify your wage or employment history (securing a mortgage, buying a car, etc.). To facilitate these transactions, Snohomish County has partnered with i2Verify and securely transmits information to i2Verify to fulfill wage and employment verifications. Visit the Employment Verification for more info.
New Employee Orientation Improvements
It has been one of our goals to make onboarding new employees simpler and easier. This includes the process for registering new hires for New Employee Orientation (NEO). To streamline the NEO registration process we launched a new registration form effective 4/1.

To learn more about this update and what has changed and what has not, go to the Employee Onboarding page. Please feel free to contact us at SHR-EMPEX@snoco.org if you have any questions or suggestions.
