Your Chamber: Creating Partnerships!

CMC Member, Rebuilding Together Anne Arundel County, hosted a Neighborhood Revitalization Project in the Spring Meadows Neighborhood in Severn, MD. The scope of work included building a large dog park, standing water mediation, installing park benches, turning a play area into a community park and much more.

As part of this effort, f ellow chamber members, Bob Eitel and Greg Nichol of Landesign, Inc. donated their time and expertise in civil engineering and land surveying to resolve drainage issues that had been plaguing the community for many years. A total of ten drainage mitigation areas were identified and custom solutions were developed for resolving each of them.

Another CMC member, Reliable Contracting, is also helping to complete the project. Reliable is donating and delivering 15 tons of gravel needed to finish the job! These partnerships that made this revitalization project possible are prime examples of how the CMC can help build connections!

Latino Business Conference

The Latino Business Conference, being held this Saturday, June 24th, is a special event focusing on successful Latino-Owned Business Entrepreneurs. Attendees include small businesses, entrepreneurs, students, educators, professionals, universities, corporations, and government agencies.

Women Mean Business Luncheon
