In an effort to make CVCOA's
Medicare and You
workshop more accessible to Lamoille County area residents turning 65, CVCOA will hold the workshop in five different towns from July through November. We kick-off on July 17 in Cambridge and then move on to Johnson, Stowe, Morrisville and Waterbury. CVCOA staff will walk you through everything you need to know about Medicare enrollment, including the different plans, gap and advantage coverage, prescription drug coverage, and whether you qualify for benefits to help you with your costs. Free Advance Planning
Legal Clinic at CVCOA
Friday, July 13, Vermont Legal Aid and Law Line of Vermont will hold a free advance planning legal clinic at CVCOA offices, 59 N. Main Street, 2nd Floor, Barre. Advance planning includes Advance Directive for Health Care, a Durable Financial Power of Attorney, a Simple Last Will and Testament, Burial Instructions, and Medicaid planning advice.
There are income eligibility requirements and an appointment must be made in advance by calling
