Nothing says Fall like football and food so don't forget the neighborhood tailgate party on Saturday, October 5th, at 5:30pm! Wear your favorite sports gear, bring your chairs, blankets, lawn games and a beverage of choice over to the grassy area by the second pool and have fun while getting to know yoru neighbors. Hot dogs and buns will be provided by the Association, as well as a goodies for the kids. We are asking for everyone's help to pitch in the rest by last names:
A-D: Condiments for hot dogs
E-M: Chips or sides
N-Z: Dessert
We can't wait to see everyone there!
Halloween Decorating Contest
Do you like to decorate for Halloween? If so, here's your chance to prove it. This year we'll be holding a contest offering $100 gift card to 1st place, $75 to 2nd place, and $50 to 3rd place for the best decorated houses in the neighborhood. A poll will be created in order for neighbors to vote for their favorites between the dates of October 25th - 29th.

Don't forget to "Fall Back" on November 3rd, and get your extra hour of sleep by turning your clocks back an hour.

Halloween falls on a Thursday night, and many residents have school and work the next day. Please be courteous when out trick or treating, avoid homes with their lights off, travel in groups, and wear or carry visible clothing or lights so you can be seen.
