Annual Meeting
Mark your calendar for the community annual meeting on March 6, 2019, at 6pm, at Hillsdale Elementary. We'll review the community financials, give an update on continued development, and answer general questions. We look forward to seeing you there.
Motorized Vehicles in Commons
 The Association does not allow for motorized vehicles like ATVs, 4-wheelers, razors, or the like on the common area paths or grounds. Please keep these items on the roads and follow all state driving regulations.
Pet Cleanup
Last newsletter we reminded everyone to keep pets leashed, and now we're reminding you to cleanup after your pet. We have a lot of residents that use the common areas and walkways, and it's not fun to dodge "land mines" constantly. Please take bags and cleanup after your pet every time you go out. We greatly appreciate everyone keeping our community as clean as possible.
Community Events
If residents are interested in organizing a community event, such as a farmers market, potluck, Easter egg hunt, or other event, please reach out to the community manager today. We're happy to help you get started and promote the event, but we need residents to run the event the day of.
ACC Requests
It's hard to think about spring projects with snow on the ground, but they are right around the corner. Please remember that all improvements need to be reviewed and approved in advance, prior to completion. While we do encourage residents to plant annual flowers and to replace dead or dying existing shrubs/trees, all other items such as sheds, pergolas, the addition of new trees or landscaping beds, etc. need reviewed and approved before being completed. The process is simple. Fill out and return the ACC Form with your drawing or picture of the proposed plans. Responses are generally mailed back within 1-2 weeks.
