Good afternoon, Century Team,

As we start the Century-Kleinfelder integration process, we are excited to introduce our new branding and communication materials, now available on the Employee HUB within the Marketing Library.

We have received many questions regarding our corporate branding and would like to offer some clarification regarding those items. After many discussions between Century and Kleinfelder, we reached an agreement that the following subsidiaries: IAS, Nittany, Waste Water Management, and Little Associates, would now roll under the co-brand of “Century Engineering, A Kleinfelder Company” and drop their divisional branding. Our Richmond and Christiansburg offices will now operate as “NXL, a Kleinfelder Company” but will still be under the Century Engineering umbrella.

Please note:

We cannot market as a dba “doing business as”
With the acquisition, Century has changed from Century Engineering, Inc. to Century Engineering, LLC and is now registered as a State of Delaware corporation

In finalizing these steps in the integration process, we are pleased to introduce our new email signatures, letterhead, and a few other new items. Please see below and attached for more information.

Email Signatures

The new Century-Kleinfelder email signature templates are available for immediate use. We ask that everyone update their signatures by the close of business Friday, January 14, 2022.

Attached to this email, you will find the new templates and instructions. A graphic template has been created for each office. Everyone’s title/role will remain ‘as-is’ for now.

The email signature templates and instructions document is available in the Marketing Library.

Letterhead

We have updated our letterhead templates with the new logos and a streamlined footer. Century’s offices have been consolidated into one Word document, with the office address chosen from a drop-down menu within the file.

NXL’s Richmond and Christiansburg offices have a separate letterhead template.

Letterhead files are attached to this email and available in the Marketing Library.

Century Marketing Library

Century’s Marketing Library on the Employee HUB is a go-to resource for any collateral needs you may have. Use the homepage of the Marketing Library for quick access to letterhead, logos, and other miscellaneous items such as new virtual background images and presentation templates. Use the navigation on the lefthand side of the page to find other items, such as brand guidelines, proposal templates, Kleinfelder’s corporate overview brochure, etc.

COMING SOON: Other pieces of digital and print collateral are in the works and will roll-out over the coming weeks, including updated service summary flysheets for Century, Kleinfelder service summary flysheets and handouts to assist with client communications, brochures, envelopes, mailing labels, and business cards. (To remain environmentally friendly, please use up any existing printed collateral before requesting new printed pieces – including business cards and envelopes.) We are also actively working on materials for conferences, job fairs, and industry trade shows.

Social Media

This refresh of our branded materials gives us the opportunity to remind you to follow Century and Kleinfelder’s accounts on social media!

You will notice that Century’s social media channels have been updated to reflect the name “Century Engineering, A Kleinfelder Company.” LinkedIn reflects this change automatically on profiles that are linked to Century’s company page via work experience.
