How do I change my status?

Follow the steps below to confirm participation.

  • Email Commencement@uwa.edu from your UWA email account
  • Tell us in the body of the email you will be in attendance
  • Include your full name and student number
  • You do not need to send additional emails confirming attendance after the first one


Sample email to confirm attendance:

Hello,

I am writing to say I will be in attendance for the Fall graduation ceremony.


John Doe

If you wish to change your participation status in the fall graduation ceremony on campus, please email no later than October 21.

 

If you do not indicate by - October 21, your name will not be on the ceremony lists.
