Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation Class (CDPE)

In their continual research for educational opportunities, AAABoR's Education Committee discovered this new designation class that members may be interested in obtaining.

Date: Thursday, May 5 and Friday, 6, 2011
Place: Courtyard by Marriott, 3205 Boardwalk, Ann Arbor
Time: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2011

The CDPE class will provide knowledge of foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners and can provide solutions, specifically short sales, for homeowners facing market hardships.

Those interested in taking this class must register online with www.cdpe.com. Enter the code: DSC150 to save $150 (course cost: $449 after savings). This class is also approved for 12 hours continuing education credit (course approval number: L1189, sponsor WWOCAR, #303) toward real estate license renewal.

Important Note:

• The Certified Distressed Property Expert Class is NOT a designation that is recognized by the National Association of REALTORS�
• There is an annual membership cost of $99 to maintain this designation
