Greetings!
I hope you are all enjoying the weather. I am surprised at how quickly the summer seems to be flying by! July was a wonderful month that was full of a lot of activities. One of our favorites each year is the week-long, South Whitehall Township Emergency Services Youth Camp that is held at our facility. This year we hosted 16 kids along with some great partners including the local fire companies, Allentown Bomb Squad, South Whitehall Township Police Department with their K-9 unit, MedEvac and more! I'd just like to take a moment to thank everyone that participated.
I am excited to share that I, along with our CFO, are attending the Pinnacle EMS conference in Arizona, August 9 - 13. Here, we hope to learn leadership practices and ideas which are being taught by some of the best leaders in our industry. We are both excited to bring back knowledge to help Cetronia grow to an even better organization.
Many of you may know that we are a nonprofit organization that receives no per capita tax as other service organizations do such as fire and police. In order to offset many of our costs, we rely on donations, subscribers and special event fundraisers. We ask that on August 17, National Nonprofit Day, please consider supporting your local EMS agencies.
Stay well,
Robert F. Mateff Sr.
