Greetings!
This February, in honor of Black History Month, I'd like to thank all of our African-American associates for choosing to help others in our community by playing a role in the EMS system here at Cetronia. I look forward to seeing each of you grow with this organization to contribute to the rich history we have had since 1955.
I am excited to release some of the official 2021 numbers! We dispatched 18,047 units to 15,552 emergency incidents, in addition to responding to 8,226 non-emergency calls. We also performed 19,908 paratransit runs (doctor appointments, home from hospital stays, family visits, etc.). And, in total, we did 267 standby and special events which assisted special ops units; rehab support for fire, police and EMS; and community events!
We could not have done this without the community's support on a daily basis. Your donations and subscriptions to our services help us to continue to provide you with the very best service in the region and beyond. For that, we all THANK YOU!
Stay well,
Robert F. Mateff Sr.
Chief Executive Officer
