I hope you are enjoying your summer. It most certainly has been hot and extremely humid. Here are a few tips to keep you safe:

Keep hydrated.
Avoid intense activity on hot days.
Wear hats and sunglasses.
Take frequent breaks.
Avoid direct sunlight.
Know the difference between heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
Make sure the food at your picnics are thoroughly cooked and properly stored.

And lastly, if you see us out and about at any local events, be sure to stop by and say hi! We love meeting members of this wonderful community.

Health on Wheels Cetronia Open Golf Tournament

Come out swinging and join us for our annual Health on Wheels Cetronia Open Golf Tournament! The event will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025, at Olde Homestead Golf Club in New Tripoli, Pa. Each $175 player package includes greens fee & cart with GPS, light breakfast, unlimited range balls, lunch with open bar, complimentary food & beverage tickets to be used throughout the day.
