May 2022 | Issue #23
Greetings!

I want to personally thank any of you that attended, sponsored or donated to our Night On Broadway event which took place Friday, April 29. It was a pleasure meeting so many new people.

We are gearing up for EMS Week which happens May 15 - 21. This is a week when the industry brings together local communities and medical personnel to show their appreciation and to honor those who provide day-to-day lifesaving services. It is also a time to educate the community on different topics. Be sure to follow along on our social media channels during the week and bring the family out for our EMS For Children Day on Wednesday, May 18 from 4 - 7 p.m.

I hope you will be able to make it to all of our upcoming events. I look forward to meeting you!

Stay well,

Robert F. Mateff Sr.
Chief Executive Officer

April 2022 Stats:

EMS Week is May 15 - 21, 2022. This is a time when we celebrate our associates and educate the community on different topics. On Wednesday, May 18 from 4 - 7 p.m. we will be having an event for children at our joint operations center at 4300 Broadway in Allentown. We'll have tours of our vehicles, food trucks, activities and games, music, face painting, balloon clown, and more. The event is free to attend and will take place rain or shine. Registration is not required. Stop on out and say hi!
The American Ambulance Association’s Stars of Life program celebrates the contributions of ambulance professionals who have gone above and beyond the call of duty in service to their communities or the EMS profession. Cetronia Ambulance Corps nominated Edwin Boyle, director of operations to receive this award in 2022. Stars of Life honors the contributions of these heroes while shining light on the critical role EMS plays in our healthcare infrastructure.

A Night On Broadway
We want to personally thank any of you that attended our Night On Broadway event on Friday, April 29. We were extremely pleased with the turnout and were happy to have people through our facility for an evening of good food, music, entertainment, silent auctions, raffles, and more. We were able to raise $28,000 to help with our lifesaving mission.

Of course the event would not have been achieved without the generous support of our sponsors. A big thank you to Lehigh Valley Health Network as our Marquee Presenting sponsor; and to Service Electric Cable TV, PenTeleData, Fellowship Community, Embassy Bank For the Lehigh Valley, HMK Insurance, and Cornerstone Advisors Asset Management. We'd also like to thank all those that donated items, bought raffle tickets and silent auction items, and made extra donations to assist with our mission.
