Dave Fest is now
Books Along the Teche
Literary Festival
NEW IBERIA, La. (July 20, 2017) -- Dave Robicheaux's Hometown Literary Festival will now officially be known as the Books Along the Teche Literary Festival in an effort to broaden the scope of the literary event.

"Our goal is to celebrate the broad talent of Southern writers across many genres, while still honoring New York Times Bestselling author James Lee Burke's famous character Dave Robicheaux and his hometown of New Iberia," said festival coordinator Pam Forrest.

Along with a new name and new direction comes a new poster design. This year, for the first time, the festival is hosting a poster contest for artists to submit their work as the official 2018 Teche Fest poster. Click to read design criteria, instructions for submission and other specifications regarding the poster contest.

For more information on the festival visit BooksAlongTheTecheLiteraryFestival.com or EventBrite.com to purchase tickets. For more information about the poster contest contact Becky Collins at b[email protected] or call  (337) 519-5873.
