The New Year is an opportunity to reflect and reset our habits and routines and refocus on our self-care and maintenance. Never has that seemed more necessary than now as we leave 2020 behind, both for us as individuals and for us as a studio community. Our virtual classes are also now fully integrated with Zoom which allows for a single-point registration and a single log-in from Wellness Living. The link to join class will be included in your registration email as well as located on your My Bookings tab in Wellness Living on the web and your Achieve App.
Class Pass Restructuring

In March 2021, we will roll-out a new class pass and membership structure for all classes, series, and workshops. More details about this change will be released soon on our social media and newsletters.

If you have a class pass -- of any type -- that expired since March 2020, you can request an extension through February 28, 2021 that will be good through June 30, 2021 and will be converted to the new pass structure at an equivalent value. Any expired passes reactivated after March 1, 2021 will be good through June 30, 2021 and will be converted to the new pass structure at a pro-rated value.
ONLINE COURSE!
BEGINNERS YOGA SERIES
ONLINE COURSE: YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

Perfect for the aspiring yogi or the yogi who wants to renew and review the practice. During the six weeks instructor Annie Harper not only will teach the poses, but also the tradition, philosophy, breathwork, meditation, and other components of the practice that balances and unites body, mind and spirit. You will be introduced to other styles of yoga and learn to create your own personal practice.

Due to COVID-19 safety precautions and risk mitigation we are offering this year's Beginners Series as an online course. Students practice in the safety of their own homes on their own schedule.

PANDEMIC SAFETY
IN-STUDIO SMALL CLASS GUIDELINES
  • Students should register at-least 15-minutes before class to ensure space on the roster and preparation by their instructor
  • Classes are restricted to 4-6 persons spaced 6-10 feet apart in the studio.
  • Students should maintain distance through the common areas, up the stairs, etc. Lobby is closed except for passing through.
  • Avoid congregating at the cubbies or prop closets.
  • Masks are required when passing through the common spaces both upon entering and when exiting.
  • Students should use hand sanitizer or wash their hands before using our props or equipment. And should avoid touching common surfaces as much as possible (front desk, stair rails, etc).
  • Students are encouraged to bring their own mats and props when possible to reduce cross-contamination and to ensure the sanitation of the studio.
  • No lobby, front desk, or cubby congregating. Students can stay spread out in the studio if they need to speak to each other or the instructor before or after class.
  • All students must pre-register (online) and pre-pay for class.
  • No front desk transactions will be permitted. If you are having difficulty, we will try to address that via text, email, or phone prior to class.
  • Students will be asked to wipe down all mats, props, and equipment they contact during class as well as the cubby they use.
How-To Guide for Virtual Classes

  1. Sign up for class on Wellness Living either using the links from our website on your laptop, desktop, or tablet browser; or the Wellness Living Achieve app on your phone or tablet. This is the same process for signing up for classes in studio. If you don't have a password, create one, and send Neely an email if your class passes don't automatically populate.
  2. Wait for your emailed confirmation from Wellness Living. This will contain a link and a button to access your virtual class on the day.
  3. Logging into Wellness Living through our website and accessing your My Bookings tab will also have a link to join your class. This is also available on the Achieve App.
  4. If you've used Zoom before, this will be different that our previous method.
  5. If you have not used Zoom, decide which device you want to use for class (phone, tablet, streaming through your TV), use it to log into Wellness Living or the Achieve app and enjoy class.
  6. 5-10 minutes before your class, set up you mat and props, arrange your device for the best view of you and your instructor, and log into Wellness Living. When you first log-on you will be in a waiting room, so your instructor can patch you into class.
  7. Self-screening regarding temperature (below 100.4 for, at least 48 hours) and symptoms (shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, dry cough, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell), recent travel, exposure to anyone exposed or tested positive, is requested of every student before entering class.

We've increased our cleaning efforts, spaced out our appointments, closed our lobby, and enacted a variety of safety protocols so our practitioners can continue to provide you with needed wellness services.

Massage with Neely, Megan, and Joyce is available by appointment 5-6 days each week.

Reflexology with Ronda is available on Tuesdays.

Private Movement is available with Bitsy & Joyce and personal training and health coaching is available with Megan.
Massage, Reflexology, and Reiki service pricing will be updated and realigned in March 2021. New Package & Membership Options will be available. Current packages will remain unaffected. More details coming soon.
