CREATE YOUR OWN MASTERPIECE!

Saturday, May 3 at 5:30 PM

Join us for an evening of creating art! Member Andy Myrick is an art instructor at the Marietta Cobb Museum of Art, and he will be leading us through a beginner-level class that will culminate in a completed painting. (Please note: the image shown above may not be the image we create.)

Participants are invited to arrive at 5:30 pm for some food and refreshments, and instruction will begin at 6:00 pm. The cost will be $15-$20 per person and any extra funds will be donated to CNT. Everyone is welcome to bring a snack to share and your own beverage. Please let us know if you'll be joining us by writing to events@mynertamid.org. Spots are limited!

CNT MEMBERS' ANNUAL MEETING

Sunday, May 4 at 12:00 PM

Members are encouraged to join us at our annual meeting on Sunday, May 4. We will be serving a pizza lunch beginning at 12:00 pm, and the meeting itself will begin at 12:30 pm.

The annual meeting is a great time to learn about plans for the synagogue, events, and give your input on what you would like to see.

THE SANDWICH PROJECT

FUNDS COLLECTION

On June 22 we will be making PB&J sandwiches to donate to 'The Sandwich Project', a local organization that distributes fresh, homemade sandwiches to communities facing food scarcity. Member Hannah Keena has created a beautiful tzedakah box for funds donated that will be used for buying supplies for the sandwiches. The tzedakah box will be put out this weekend at the synagogue. Please keep this community service event in mind, and consider making a donation. If you would like to make an in-kind donation (bread, peanut butter, or jelly) that would be wonderful as well!
