A MESSAGE FROM OUR CNT PRESIDENT

I am truly excited.

Excited to welcome three new families as members of Congregation Ner Tamid.

Excited to share that five new students have enrolled in our Religious School in 2026.

Excited that our partnerships with multiple Jewish organizations are bringing meaningful programs to CNT — and introducing more families to our warm and welcoming community. We are having success in our goal to bring more awareness of CNT.

Excited that our community events — from Menorah Lighting to Scout Shabbat — are being recognized in the Jewish Times and the Marietta Daily Journal, further expanding awareness of who we are.

And I’m especially excited for what’s right in front of us:

Family Shabbat this Friday, Purim celebrations this Sunday, and our Passover Seder just weeks away.

Behind all of this is something even more powerful — the synergy, the enthusiasm, and the ruach flowing from our Rabbi, our leadership, and each of you. Something special is happening at CNT as we reach our 20 years milestones. The potential ahead of us is bright.

We are not standing still. We are growing. We are reaching outward. We are bringing people in. We are building for the future.

And finally, I am excited about the opportunity to J.O.I.N.

Family Shabbat

Friday, February 27 at 6:30 pm

Join us for an early Shabbat service on February 27 catered to our younger CNT members! We will begin at 6:30 pm and services will run about 45 minutes. This 6:30 service is in place of the 7:30 service.  All ages are welcome!

Community Megillah Reading

Sunday, March 1 at 11:00 am

Join us for a fun reading of the Megillah for Purim! Wear a costume (or borrow something of ours), bring a noisemaker, and get ready to "boo" you-know-who!

Potluck Shabbat Dinner

Friday, March 13 at 6:30 pm

Join us for a potluck Shabbat dinner on Friday, March 13 at 6:30 pm. This will be a meat meal. If you are interested in bringing either a meat dish entree, side dish, salad, or drink, please sign up by clicking HERE. Services will follow at 7:30 pm.
