Share Our Simchas - Sponsor an Oneg!

A wonderful way of celebrating special happy occasions (simchas), such as birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, the birth of a child or grandchild, is by sharing your joy (nachas) with the entire congregation and sponsoring the Oneg Shabbat for the Friday  of your special week.  We'll arrange for the food and set-up, all you do is send a minimum donation of $125.  If you would like to sponsor an Oneg, please call or email the TBC office (203 544-8695 / tbc@templebnaichaim.org) and we'll pencil in your special Shabbat.  In the words of the traditional Yiddish wish for birthdays, May you live to be 120 (the age achieved by Moses, and therefore considered to be the ideal lifespan). L'Chaim!
Calling All January Adult Birthdays and Anniversaries

A Special Aliyah (the honor of being called to the Bimah and blessing the Torah), awaits you Friday night, January 8th.  Please join us as TBC member and Educator Marilyn van Raalte chants Torah from Parshat Va-eira, Exodus 6.

A hearty Todah Rabba! to Jane and Moses Alexander for sponsoring our Oneg in honor of Marilyn van Raalte's chanting Torah.
