RSVP for Community Passover Seder, Saturday March 31, 6:00 pm

This year TBC will again welcome members and guests to a Community Passover Seder on Saturday, March 31 (Second Night of Passover). The Seder begins at 6:00 pm, so please arrive by 5:45 pm.
This is a great opportunity to meet together with friends and congregants and strengthen our community. This event is open to all, and members are encouraged to invite their non-TBC friends and acquaintances, of any denomination!
The meal will be a catered 4-course Kosher-style dinner with vegetarian options. The cost is $36 for adults and $18 each for children 11 to 18 years old. Children 10 and under are free.

RSVP by March 23. Sisterhood is sponsoring the seder, so please consider a donation to Sisterhood to help underwrite the cost! You may donate when you RSVP or, if you will not be attending, click here to donate and select Sisterhood Fund from the dropdown. Contact Sisterhood if you have any questions or concerns.

Oneg Sponsor

The Marcus Family (Brad and Heidi) will be sponsoring our oneg on Friday, March 23 in honor of Avery Marcus' Bat Mitzvah.
No Shabbat Services - Friday March 30

We hope that you will be able to celebrate Pesach with your family and friends for First Seder. We will not be holding services that evening at TBC. Yartzeits will be read the following week, unless you request otherwise. If you need a family to share the holiday with, please contact Rabbi Bearman and she will help you find a family.
New Student Cantor Intern Suzanne Chaya Hamstra!

From TBC President Cindy Baulsir: We are pleased and excited to announce that Suzanne Chaya Hamstra will join TBC as our student Cantor intern! She is currently a cantorial intern at Kehillat Yozma in Modi'in, Israel. Prior to entering the Hebrew Union College Debbie Friedman School of Sacred Music cantorial program, Suzanne was a substitute cantorial soloist at Congreation Sherith Israel in San Francisco, CA. She has also worked as a voice teacher and freelance opera singer. She received her Bachelor degree in music (graduating summa cum laude) from The Boston Conservator and Masters degree in music (graduating summa cum laude) from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. We are looking forward to her being a part of our community in the near future!
Messages of Friendship

Over the past month, we have collected dozens of messages of friendship to send to the congregations closest to Parkland, FL. Adults and students from TBC have written notes of support and compassion that will remind these communities that we stand with them and hold them in our hearts. The messages have been sent to Congregation Kol Tikvah in Parkland, FL and Temple Beth Orr in Coral Springs, FL. Thank you to everyone who contributed!
TBC Men's Club Business Networking Group
The TBC Business Networking Group was held Sunday. To quote David Abraham, "Another good meeting today... The guys provided some really good insights into a marketing issue I've faced, and their input is much appreciated. Will be able to apply it directly in some current opportunities." The first three sessions were a booming success. These exciting sessions are open to ALL members, not just the business community or men. Our third session was formatted with your ideas.  As a community, TBC congregants have always supported each other.  Contact Mike Bonheim for more info or if you would like to present at the next gathering.   -- Jeff Spector
