“Is Pride a Jewish Value?”
Join us for Temple B’nai Chaim’s annual Pride Shabbat, a joyful and thought-provoking service celebrating LGBTQ+ inclusion through a Jewish lens. This year’s service will feature reflections from congregants Jeffrey Busch and Stephen Davis, plaintiffs in Connecticut’s landmark marriage equality case—as well as Ron Pepin. Together, we’ll explore how Jewish tradition affirms the dignity and diversity of all people. A festive oneg will follow. Come be part of this special evening of community, learning, and pride!

TBC Social Action Initiative - Laundry Love of Greater Danbury
TBC has pledged a donation for FY 2025 of $1,200 to Laundry Love of Greater Danbury (in care of First Congregational Church of Ridgefield)! As one of the founding members, TBC's continuous financial support and dedicated volunteers have enabled LLGD to grow and expand their efforts to give the gift of clean clothes and bedding to our neighbors in need. LLGD is stronger because of our collaboration among their member organizations.

TBC Religious School is Looking for Teachers!
Our Religious School is looking for teachers to teach the following classes:
- 4th & 5th Grade Judaica (Sunday mornings from 9:30-11:30 AM)
- 5th Grade Hebrew (Wednesday afternoons from 4:30-6:00 PM)
- Kindergarten & 1st Grade Judaica (Sunday mornings from 9:30-11:30 AM)

For Those Who Enjoy Poetry!
Temple member Michael Garry leads a monthly poetry workshop where you can read your poem and receive supportive feedback. All levels are welcome. It’s held the second Saturday of the month from 10 am to noon at the Bethel Public Library, Morse room, second floor.
