Because of your incredible work we made over 300,000 calls this weekend and talked to over 10,000 voters at the doors and on the phone.
This marks our BIGGEST weekend of action of the year and it's not a moment too soon as Vote by Mail ballots are arriving in mailboxes this week.
All across the state our candidates are talking to voters, bringing the energy and spreading the word that Republican rule can come to an end in this state.
Rep. Angie Nixon continues to draw huge crowds while sharing her message of making Florida more affordable for everyone. And in Central Florida, Jose Javier Rodriguez and Annette Taddeo joined Rep. Darren Soto and canvassing operations with Hispanic communities alongside my friend Luis Dávila Pernas, Chairman of the Democratic Party of Puerto Rico.
I’m grateful for all of your hard work and I’m thrilled to work alongside you as we continue to march toward November 3rd.

Voter Protection
Every vote deserves to count. Where do you fit? You are crucial to our efforts to protect every Floridian's right to vote and have that vote counted.
Poll Watchers: If you're comfortable observing and documenting, keep an eye on the in-person voting process to help ensure it runs fairly and smoothly.
Voter Assistance Hotline Agents: If you're a good listener who likes solving problems, help answer voters' questions on our hotline at 833-868-3352.
Ballot Cure Assistants: If you're detail-oriented and like helping people fix mistakes, help voters correct errors on their vote-by-mail ballots. These are errors that would otherwise keep their vote from being counted.

Update on Last Week's Supreme Court Ruling on DHS Citizenship Lists
In March 2026, Trump issued an Executive Order instructing DHS to expand the use of the Save Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) program to confirm citizenship for voting eligibility and purge state voter rolls. Last week, the Supreme Court made a procedural ruling in the Trump Administration’s favor, but a ruling on the merits has not yet been made on whether the President’s Executive Order is lawful. Our Voter Protection team is tracking developments closely.

Florida has a historic opportunity with Angie Nixon running to become Florida’s first Black U.S. senator and David Jolly seeking the governorship, Black voters can play a decisive role in electing leaders who will fight for their communities and for all Floridians.
The Florida Democratic Party has launched the Black Voter Action Network Phonebank Campaign, and our goal is to reach voters across the state, share what is at stake in this election, and increase turnout.

ICYMI: Affordability is the Agenda
Last Thursday, FDP hosted a virtual press call featuring candidates for the state legislature from across Florida as they outlined the Democrats’ affordability agenda for Floridians as Vote By Mail ballots are arriving throughout the state.
Alongside Chair Fried, Democratic candidates Senator Brian Nathan, Representative Emily Gregory, Senate District 38 nominee Richard Lamondin, House District 38 nominee Nik Dean, and House District 106 nominee Lucia Baez-Geller described how Democrats are centering lowering costs and raising wages in their campaigns while Republicans continue to try to distract from their failures to address the affordability crisis.
From the Panhandle to the Keys, Democrats have been flipping seats by keeping the focus on addressing the real issues facing working families and seniors. Speakers highlighted how they plan to continue that focus to break the Republican supermajorities in the legislature and deliver for Floridians after they are elected in November.
