Multigenerational workforces have many benefits, but they're not without their challenges.

Gen X, Gen Y, Gen Z... how do you attract and retain people from these groups? What's the best way to communicate with the varied styles?
We invite you to check out our blog, below, if you've not already read Kira Copperman's approaches to successfully deal with these opportunities.

At Crothers, we can help you and your managers customize your generational strategy in addition to manager and employee training, and best practices for promoting a sustainable culture. Check them out here.
Montreal conference inspires women leaders
For 23 years, the Women Presidents Organization (WPO) supports second-stage female business owners with revenue over $2 million (service providers need a minimum of $1 million). Laura facilitates two WPO chapters - Morris and Monmouth counties. Each includes about 20 CEOs in various industries who come together monthly to support each other’s growth and development.
She was in Montreal recently for their annual conference (above - Laura is second from left), where she was inspired by her fellow women leaders and enjoyed the historical and contemporary sites and rich culture in this trés belle ville.
Meet the team: Lori Orrico
It has been about a year since Lori joined our team as Crothers' dynamic Office Manager.

We are extremely grateful to have Lori in the Crothers community. Her positive, smiling, organized, professional demeanor has truly been an asset to us all and the different CEO groups we facilitate.

Laura and Isabelle appreciate her collaboration in helping us keep the balls in the air, while sharing her favorite rock bands a la Alexa in the office. Happy one year anniversary, Lori!

ICYMI: A quick read
One of the changing trends in workforces is that they reflect an even broader range of ages.

As noted above, these multigenerational groups can bring significant benefits, but they're not without their challenges.

Trainer & Coach Kira B. Copperman, BCC, LMSW is the author of Gen-Speak: Communication Strategies for the New Generational Mix at Work, and she brings that expertise to this month's quick read.
Check out her blog for approaches to create an inclusive and supportive environment for the different employees in your company.
