Chalupas! Taco Bell Did What?

The Taco Bell Foundation and Junior Achievement are growing their partnership in a renewed commitment to the future of K-12 students across America. This year, JA received $3,367,070 to support 69 JA Areas across the country, including Wisconsin’s Northwest, Coulee and Metro Milwaukee Areas. The increased investment underscores a shared commitment to empowering more students with the skills, tools and confidence to succeed.

The Taco Bell Foundation’s purpose is to champion the next generation of leaders by breaking down barriers to education and opportunity. The mission aligns closely with Junior Achievement’s pillars of financial literacy, career preparedness and entrepreneurship, making the partnership a natural fit for expanding impact nationwide. So the next time you’ve got a taste for Chalupas, remember your neighborhood Taco Bell is more than a menu, it’s a mission.

You Have Been Challenged!

Junior Achievement offers a variety of fun, engaging events and collaborations year-round. Check out the event snapshots below and to find one of our upcoming challenges in your area, visit our website and click “Events” at the top of your screen.

Stock Market Challenge

The JA Stock Market Challenge is an action-packed event where students take what they learned in the classroom through JA Take Stock in your Future and apply it to the real world. Students build their investment portfolios and spend 60 days in a simulated stock market to track how they perform. News releases, real-world events and live trading add unexpected twists and turns. Prizes are awarded to the top 3 ranked teams and the first and second placed team will advance to the Statewide Stock Market Challenge

JA Titan®

JA Titan® is a simulation-based program in which high school students compete as business CEOs in the phone industry, experiencing firsthand how an organization evaluates alternatives, makes decisions, analyzes the outcomes of those decisions, and then strategizes what to do next. (Grades 9-12) The blended model comprises 11 sessions that include tutorial sessions, game-play strategy sessions, a competition session, and deep dive sessions. Participants complete a minimum of 5 sessions, in any order. An optional event or in-class competition may be included.

Young Entrepreneur Competition

In the JA Young Entrepreneur Competition, student entrepreneurs have a chance to compete against other student entrepreneurs throughout Wisconsin, pitching their businesses to a panel of local celebrity judges. Finalists will be selected to present their businesses live in Appleton and Milwaukee for a chance to win a $2,000 cash prize. Student entrepreneurs' grades 9-12 who have operated a business since January, 2026 are eligible to apply.

Together, we can ensure every student has access to an opportunity-filled future.

Thank you for your support throughout the year. Because of you, students across Wisconsin are becoming confident, capable, and connected today, and we can ensure they have access to opportunity-filled futures tomorrow.
