Dove Healthcare - Rice Lake Receives Top Rating From U.S. News & World Report and CMS
U.S. News & World Report recently announced local healthcare provider Dove Healthcare - Rice Lake as high performing for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, designating the skilled nursing and rehabilitation center with a Best Nursing Home badge for 2019-20. Out of 15,000 homes evaluated nationwide, Dove Healthcare - Rice Lake is one of only 420 homes nationwide that received this badge designation for both stay types.
 
Additionally, a recent update to Nursing Home Compare by The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) designated Dove Healthcare - Rice Lake with an overall 5 Star Rating.  This rating is based on quality measures, staffing ratios, and annual health inspection results. Star ratings are assigned to each of these categories and the categories are combined to calculate an overall rating. In October 2019, the average star rating for Wisconsin skilled nursing facilities was 3.49 and nationally it was 3.12.
