Thursday Night Out is Downtown Oak Park's summer dine-around series — running every Thursday from June through August on Marion Street. More than 20 restaurants set up outdoor dining al fresco, live music fills the block, and the community turns out all season long.

June 11 is Pride Night. Expect a celebratory crowd, R&B and dance music, and the Chamber right in the mix!

Want to show your Pride? Sponsor one of our drag queens to represent your business for two hours — roaming the event, handing out your marketing materials, and talking you up to everyone they meet. Three tiers available. Spots are limited.

TABLE WITH US: A DAY IN OUR VILLAGE

Join the Chamber at A Day In Our Village! This community festival, organized by the Village of Oak Park, celebrates community and allows neighbors to enjoy the diversity and variety of civic, cultural, social service, business, educational and religious organizations and groups in the Village.



The Oak Park-River Forest Chamber of Commerce will host a tent with one table. Members can sign up for up to two hour time slots in the Chamber tent, shared with other Chamber Members. This is a friendly, low-lift opportunity to promote your business, non-profit, or organization.

THE BASH IS IN THE BOOKS

Monday was a good day to be in River Forest. Keystone Park filled up with neighbors, local businesses, and the kind of energy that only shows up when the weather actually cooperates. Good food, good music — someone was spinning Beatles at one point, which felt right — and plenty of good conversation in between.

Thank you to every business that set up a table and every community member who came out. This is what the neighborhood looks like when it shows up for itself.

FOREST PARK PRIDE FEST

Our neighbors down the road are throwing their fifth annual Pride Fest and it's a good one. Head to Constitution Court on Friday, June 5 from 5 to 8 p.m. — local vendors, a DJ, and a drag show at 6:30, followed by a meet and greet with the queens.

Free, all ages, and a great way to spend a Friday in June. Come out and show some love.
