We did it! Last Sunday’s Health & Wellness Fair was a hit—packed with vendors, buzzing with energy, and full of folks making real connections. Whether you stopped by for a screening, a resource, or just to see what’s happening in our community, you helped make the event what it was: vibrant, accessible, and impactful. Huge thanks to our sponsors, vendors, and volunteers for showing up and showing out.
Next up: Out in the Burbs. Our annual Pride celebration returns June 7, and it’s shaping up to be bigger, bolder, and even more meaningful. Beyond being a joyful, affirming space—it’s also an economic engine. Events like this bring people in, and when they show up, they shop, eat, and support our businesses.Tourism matters. Events matter. And when we do them right, everyone benefits.

We’re currently accepting proposals for presenters in our upcoming BLEND cohort, the Chamber’s Black and Latine Business Support Network. If you have expertise to share—whether it’s in marketing, finance, operations, leadership, or another area—we encourage you to apply.

OUT IN THE BURBS
Out in the Burbs returns on Saturday, June 7, and it's shaping up to be our most vibrant celebration yet. Hosted in Downtown Oak Park, this all-day LGBTQ+ Pride festival is packed with joy—featuring live music, dynamic drag performances, delicious food, local vendors, and a whole lot of community love.
More than just an event, Out in the Burbs is a statement about who we are and what we value—visibility, inclusion, and shared celebration. It’s a space where everyone belongs and businesses have a chance to show up, stand out, and stand for something.
If you’re looking to align your brand with purpose, this is the moment. Sponsorships and vendor spots are still available, but not for long.

Celebrate community and promote your business at one of Oak Park’s most beloved events! The Chamber will host a shared tent at A Day in Our Village, and Chamber members can sign up for a one-hour slot to engage with residents, pass out materials, and connect with neighbors.
