Hi Everyone- 

My name is Brian Dubina, the Pre-Vocational Education Coordinator at Oak Park and River Forest High School. GO HUSKIES! I am also on the Board of Directors for the Oak Park and River Forest Chamber of Commerce. I absolutely love the work I get to do with students, exploring careers alongside them.

My job itself is rewarding, but my job can also be FUN... which is partly due to the collaboration and connection between the school and the surrounding community. The Chamber has provided me with an amazing avenue to meet many of you, and I hope you are utilizing the many Chamber’s programs to make connections with other businesses. It’s impossible for me to list all the ways that the school and community collaborate together, but some of my favorite events are the Civics Service Learning Fair and the Job Fair!

I also want to mention that I've loved seeing the incredible community collaborate on the Imagine Foundation as they update and modernize OPRF High School with cutting-edge facilities for students to learn and grow. You can explore these new spaces through the Imagine Foundation’s monthly tours, showcasing completed areas, ongoing construction, and future plans.

I can’t wait to see what else comes out of this wonderful community!
