Delegate Lashrecse Aird was first elected to the House of Delegates in 2016 and represents the Counties of Chesterfield (part), Dinwiddie (part), and Prince George (part); Cities of Hopewell (part) and Petersburg. In the House, she serves on the Appropriations; Health, Welfare and Institutions; and General Laws committees.

Ms. Missy Neff currently is a senior vice president at McGuireWoods Consulting where she works in the firm's MWCAdvocacy group. She assists clients on a wide variety of healthcare, natural resources, and educational legislative issues at the federal, state, and local level and has developed strong relationships statewide with a wide range of constituencies.

Dr. Tiffany Franks , President of Averett University, will moderate this conversation, and a networking social with beverages will follow.
